I bet you already know what you’d like to change, accomplish and achieve in 2020.  I am asking you to set that aside for a moment to set yourself on the right path.  With just a few exercises done over the course of the next few weeks, Good Girl Mafia will have you ready to take a bold and empowered step toward your goals.

The road to empowerment begins with your core values.  Your core values act as a reliable GPS on your road ahead.

And so I have to ask - when was the last time you took a deep dive into what your core values are?  We change with time and it stands to reason that our core values change, too. The beginning of a new year and new decade is the perfect time to reevaluate your core values to set you on your path toward empowerment.

My personal experience is that I had a set of values in my 20’s, which acted as a life GPS.  And it was pretty accurate.  Cut to my mid-30’s.  I’m sitting at my dad’s hospital bed on what would turn out to be the last night of his life.  The conversations we had that night acted like a lightning bolt - I had changed.  My core values had changed right under my nose and I was totally oblivious.  The result was my life lacked purpose and fulfillment.  I was deeply unhappy.  This was the first time in over a decade I reevaluated my core values and it put me on a totally different life path.  It lead to my empowerment.

This is why I am so passionate about bringing you this comprehensive yet simple exercise to help you determine your core values.  I want you to have your own GPS that puts you and keeps you on that road toward empowerment.

I want you to find a quiet space where you can have some quiet time.  Go through the worksheet with total honesty.

This is ground zero for creating a sustainable vision for your life in 2020.  I’m so excited for you!
