When was the last time you took a deep dive into what your core strengths are? We change with time and it stands to reason that our core strengths change, too. The beginning of a new year and new decade is the perfect time to reevaluate your core strengths to set you on your path toward empowerment.
My personal experience is that I had a set of values in my 20’s, which acted as a life GPS. And it was pretty accurate. Cut to my mid-30’s. I’m sitting at my dad’s hospital bed on what would turn out to be the last night of his life. The conversations we had that night acted like a lightning bolt - I had changed. My core values had changed right under my nose and I was totally oblivious. The result was my life lacked purpose and fulfillment. I was deeply unhappy. This was the first time in over a decade I reevaluated my core values and strengths. It put me on a totally different life path. And my dad reminded me of how many strengths I had. He also reminded me that I was strong and could move forward with that strength. It lead to my empowerment.
This is why I am so passionate about bringing you these comprehensive yet simple exercises to help put you on your chosen path so that you, too, can move forward with strength. I want you to have your own GPS that puts you and keeps you on that road toward empowerment.
